Although you may receive a confirmation, orders cannot be processed until payment is made by either credit card, U.S. Money order or check.
Providing a secure shopping environment is one of Guitar Tab Plus highest priorities. The check out requires you to enter personal data such as your name, address, and credit card information. Please be assured that all information provided is protected by industry standard secure encryption technology (SSL). We never share any information you provide. Your information is used solely for processing of orders.
 
If you prefer to pay by U.S. check/money order, please make the U.S. check/money order payable to Comp-U-Xpress, Inc and mailed to the address below.  Checks must be cleared before your order is shipped. 
 
If you wish to place your order over the telephone, please call us at 1-866-719-5032.
 
You will be directed to a secure server at Check Out, where you will enter your personal information. The secure server will confidentially and securely processes your credit card transaction.
 
Shipping
Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days from the time your order is processed. Orders are processed within 24 hours. We will contact you in event of a delay due to a back order.  We appreciate your patience.  You are welcome to call us at 1-866-719-5032, Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (after hours leave a message) or email us at Support@comp-u-xpress.com to check on the status of your order or to ask any question.
 
Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3rd Day Air shipping is also available. If you require any of these shipping options, please call us for costs.
 
If there is a title you do not see listed, let us know and we will try to get it for you.  We want to help in any way. Thank you.
 

Returns

Most music stores do not accept returns of printed music, but, because we value you as a customer, we will make every effort to assist you should an item not be to your satisfaction. Please follow these guidelines if you must make a return:
 
1. Please call 1-866-719-5032 or send an email to Support@comp-u-xpress.com first to receive return authorization.
 
2. Manufacturers' restrictions require that videotapes, CDs, DVDs, and computer software can only be returned unopened for refund or credit. If opened, the product can be returned for exchange only if defective and only for the same title.
 
3. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt in new, unused condition in its original packaging. If an item was sold as part of a set, the complete set must be returned in new condition.

4. Shipping charges are not refundable, unless the merchandise was defective or a shipping error was made by us. In that case, we will either refund the shipping charges or replace the item at no additional cost to you.

5. Although some items may be shipped to you directly from a warehouse, all returns must be sent to us at the following address:
